Uncharted Waters Online Service Migration to OGPlanet

Ahoy Sailors!
On behalf of the entire Netmarble UWO team, we would like to express our sincerest gratitude for the endless support we have received for the past 3 years. It has been our pleasure to have you as our players with the great community you have all established.
[Schedules of Uncharted Waters Online Migration]
Unfortunately, Netmarble’s UWO service is scheduled to end on the end of November, 2013. We will be posting a detailed schedule soon.
During the transition, some features of the game and website may not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We believe this move ultimately helps UWO and its community to continuously receive the best service the industry has to offer.
*Exact opening time of servers might change depending on the situation.
[Game Character Migration]
On the bright side of things, UWO along with its entire game data will transfer to its new home in OGPlanet with servers opening on a few days later. A link will be posted by OGPlanet for the account transfer process.
[NC Charge and Item Purchasing]
Netmarble NC charge function will end on 10/31 4:00PM PDT. Please be noted that the NC refund from the Cash Policy cannot be made.

Lastly, we will be making our “Goodbye and Thank you” Sale for our treasure box for 2 weeks starting from November 1, 2013 0:00, thru November 13, 2013 24:00 PDT!
[Miscellaneous Channeling Site Close Notice]
Please be noted: Upon closing Uncharted Waters Online from Netmarble; the closure will reflect on Steam and AsiaSoft.
While Galanet users can transfer to OGPlanet (details will be announced soon).

Netmarble has partnered with OGPlanet, to ensure that all Netmarble UWO accounts will be transferred to the new service with OGPlanet. All you will need is a free OGPlanet account if you don’t have one already, you can sign up now or at the time of transfer.
